big assymmetrical bookcase

We like big bookcases and we cannot lie. This baby was made for our friend Jane Lerner who kindly commissioned it. Made from recycled pine ceiling joists out of a building in Red Hook, BK, this unit is entirely knock-down. I.e. it comes apart in many pieces so it will fit in the elevator and pack up easily to travel to a new home.
